Louisville, Kentucky

The Louisville laboratory provides environmental and food testing services to a wide range of clientele.

Microbac’s Louisville, Kentucky laboratory offers a vast array of analytical testing services. The laboratory's capabilities include, but are not limited to: a variety of water sampling and analyses, such as drinking water, groundwater, surface water, monitoring wells and wastewater; environmental remediation and RCRA regulatory analysis; underground storage tank protocols; food microbiology and food chemistry (full nutritional labels); drug screening and testing; and identification of unknown materials.

The Louisville laboratory is A2LA / ISO 17025 accredited for environmental testing and microbiological analyses. The Division’s Lexington satellite laboratory is Kentucky-approved and Pennsylvania-certified for WET Testing.  The Paducah, Lexington and Louisville laboratories are all certified for microbiological analysis of drinking water. Additionally, the Louisville laboratory is certified in Kentucky and Indiana for chemistry of drinking water.
