To operate effectively, a client must know the results upon which it depends are produced using the highest standards of quality.  Accurate results that are delivered on-time and when expected are key elements of a commercial laboratory's quality program.

Microbac established and continues to maintain a Quality Assurance Program, defined as the overall system for creating, verifying, and maintaining a desired degree of product excellence.  This program receives continual updating to accommodate the changing needs of clients and regulatory agency requirements, while also incorporating the latest advances in technology.  The ultimate objective is always the same: dependable and accurate results.

Microbac, both as a company and a collection of individuals, approaches the issue of Quality Assurance not only as a program for laboratory analyses, but also as a philosophy throughout all of its operations.
