Confidentiality
It is the policy of each Microbac laboratory that all information and data relative to any customer's business must be handled in the strictest confidence. In no case will data or other information of a customer's business be discussed with any person(s), or be made available in written form to anyone other that the customer, unless the customer has specifically authorized its release. This includes transmission of test results by telephone, facsimile, or other electronic means.
