Microbac personnel have a responsibility to conduct themselves in a manner that is of benefit to the customer, the company, and the community.

Microbac encourages its employees to improve their understanding of the technical, regulatory, and social issues confronting their customers and the company.

Microbac depends upon the honesty and integrity of each employee within the company. It is the Company's policy that all of the laboratories' operations are handled in a manner to ensure that personnel are free from any commercial, financial, or other pressures that may affect the quality of their work. Data falsification or any unethical practice - under any circumstances - is a violation of Microbac policy and is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
