Microbac has developed custom-designed programs to fit the individualized needs of customers. Microbac is licensed by the State of Kentucky (#200250) and is accredited by CMS (CLIA #18D1003777) as a clinical laboratory.

Each service package includes specimen collection kits, chain of custody (CoC) forms, randomization of donors, laboratory analysis of urine specimens, computerized and timely reporting of results within 24 hours, information management and statistical reporting, and technical consultation and support.
Drug Screening Panels
Drug tests are typically grouped into "panels" of drugs depending upon the customer's needs. The 5-panel screen has become a federal standard.
Microbac offers six pre-arranged configurations, with customized panels available:
2 Panel: THC and Cocaine
5 Panel: 2 Panel + Opiates, Amphetamines, PCP
7 Panel: 5 Panel + Barbituates, Benzodiazepines
8 Panel: 7 Panel + Ethanol
9 Panel: 8 Panel + Methadone
10 Panel: 9 Panel + Methaqualone
