    Summary

    ASTM E1052-20 is a standard test method for evaluating the efficacy of antiseptics, disinfectants, sanitizers and other formulations to inactivate virus in suspension.  This method provides a standardized approach for evaluating the virucidal properties of those products in vitro

    • Add virus into test solution; mix thoroughly
    • Hold for contact time (usually seconds to minutes)
