Adam J. Paddock

As Operations Manager, Adam Paddock oversees operations in two California locations: Arcata and Turlock.

Adam attended Humboldt State University, where he earned a B.S. in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry. In his role as Operations Manager, he oversees the details of laboratory operations at both sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality processes that meet organizational and compliance objectives. An approachable and hardworking leader, Adam takes pleasure in watching individuals grow in their careers and skills. With a commitment to equality, transparency, and diligence, he likes to provide paths to success and opportunities for aspiring scientists and those who ask, “Why?”

Passionate about the outdoors, Adam is always outside when not at work, exploring mountains, forests, and waterways. He loves mountain biking, surfing, skiing, and trying new things. Born and raised in California, he has five brothers and enjoys spending time with his family. Adam supports the Redwood Coast Mountain Bike Association, which provides trail development and maintenance for the community.
