Leslie D. Taylor

Leslie D. Taylor is the Laboratory Director for Microbac’s Iowa and Kansas locations, where she oversees the administration of environmental testing and fuel testing. Leslie ensures accuracy and compliance with industry standards and is grateful to have an active role in protecting the health and safety of her community. An approachable, hardworking leader and excellent communicator, she is passionate about delivering positive client experiences and empowering her teams.

Leslie grew up in Chicago and holds a B.S. degree from Iowa State University. She supports 4H, FFA, and Special Olympics. She enjoys learning, growing, and enjoying life with her four kids on their busy family farm. Although never late to work because of traffic, Leslie has been delayed when the bull got out or when she had to pull out a set of twin lambs.
