Chris Long is Microbac’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading enterprise-wide operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization’s laboratory network. Chris focuses on optimizing performance, enhancing profitability, and expanding service capabilities to support long-term success.

As a long-tenured employee of Microbac, Chris has held progressive leadership roles and has been instrumental in improving efficiency, strengthening customer partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. Chris is recognized for a collaborative leadership style, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to deliver results in complex operating environments.

Chris holds a B.S. in Biology and multiple industry certifications supporting technical and operational leadership. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
