Erica Kozen

As Microbac’s Operations Manager for the Pittsburgh Division, Erica Kozen is passionate about improving efficiency and managing and growing the lab’s testing capabilities.

With a B.S. and M.S. in Biology, Erica is a highly trained research scientist. She is also a skilled project manager with a broad technical background, thriving in fast-paced laboratory environments. Erica is a hardworking team member and empathetic leader, setting clear expectations while enhancing laboratory efficiency and success. She is also dedicated to building and developing strong customer relationships.

Erica lives in Apollo, Pennsylvania with her husband Steve and her daughters Clare and Chloe. She is a violinist for the Pittsburgh Civic Orchestra and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
