Grayson Boyce

As Microbac’s Chief Operating Officer, Grayson Boyce is passionate about delivering a service that protects public and environmental health. A diligent and responsive leader, Grayson aims to foster a welcoming, nurturing environment that makes team members feel part of the Microbac family. He is dedicated to enhancing the company’s impact while inspiring people to elevate and reach their full potential.

Grayson holds a B.S. in Science and is a certified member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories.

In his free time, Grayson volunteers to help students and college athletes find employment. He married his high school sweetheart Sydney, and they live in Poquoson, Virginia with their son Trevor, two cats, and a dog. Grayson is a former college athlete and avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing. He also enjoys surfing, hanging out at the beach with his wife, and traveling to the Outer Banks.
