Grayson Boyce

As President of Microbac Laboratories, Grayson Boyce is passionate about delivering services that protect public and environmental health. A diligent and responsive leader, Grayson fosters a welcoming, team-oriented culture where employees feel like part of the Microbac family. He is dedicated to driving the company’s growth and impact while inspiring others to elevate their work and reach their full potential.

Grayson holds a B.S. in Science and is a certified member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories.

In his free time, Grayson volunteers to help students and college athletes find employment. He married his high school sweetheart, Sydney, and they live in Poquoson with their son Trevor, two cats, and a dog. A former college athlete and avid outdoorsman, Grayson enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as surfing, spending time at the beach with his wife, and traveling to the Outer Banks.
