Joseph Palanza

Joseph A. Palanza is the Service Center Manager and Field Service Manager for Microbac’s Sayre, Pennsylvania, location, where he also serves as the office’s primary point of contact for walk-in clients. He manages the environmental and food field schedules and oversees operations for two laboratory locations. Over nearly 12 years in the role, Joseph has earned a reputation for steady, versatile leadership and a willingness to step in whenever challenges arise. Known for his deep knowledge of client needs, route planning, and scheduling logistics, he keeps operations running smoothly across a complex service area.

Joseph earned a degree in liberal arts and sciences. He lives on the New York–Pennsylvania border with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing in the Adirondacks.
