Joshua Croley

Joshua Croley is Laboratory Operations Manager for Microbac’s Tennessee division, overseeing the daily operations of the company’s Maryville and Nashville laboratories. Passionate about advancing the field of environmental and food testing, he is committed to research, innovation, collaboration, and the adoption of new technologies.

Joshua earned a BS in biology with a minor in chemistry from Cumberland University. He leads by example, going the extra mile to support his team, encouraging professional growth, and fostering a positive work environment. He finds great fulfillment in knowing that his work helps create safer communities and supports commerce.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys woodworking and creating handmade keepsakes for family and friends.
