Air Sampling- Airflow can play a major role in the movement of bacteria throughout a food production facility. Using several techniques Microbac can assist a client in testing air in their facility for aerobic plate count, yeast, and mold. Microbac offers multiple sampling methods including settlement plates and compressed air testing.
