TREVOR BOYCE, CHAIRMAN & CEO 

After joining the company in 1983, Mr. Boyce has dedicated his career to Microbac Laboratories, Inc. As Executive Vice President, he worked alongside his father, Microbac founder A. Warne Boyce. In 1993, Boyce was named Microbac’s President & Chief Executive, a title he held until becoming chairman in 2015. 

An active member of the laboratory community, Boyce was elected chair of the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), completing his term in 2013. Previously the chairman of A2LA (American Association of Laboratory Accreditation), he has served on the Board for over a decade. Boyce served on the Board of Trustees at Waynesburg University and currently is chairman of the Admissions Committee of the Board of Trustees of Hampden Sydney College, his Alma Mater, and is on the Board of the Weekapaug Fire District in Westerly, Rhode Island.

TAMARA GRECCO, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Tamara Grecco was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in 2020 after serving as Microbac's Senior Vice President of Finance for nine years. Grecco is responsible for all finance and treasury-related activities for all Microbac locations. She brings 30 years of financial experience in various industries including public accounting, banking, real estate, settlement services, and vendor management, with a strong focus on cost control and financial strategy.

Ms. Grecco earned a BS in Accounting cum laude from Robert Morris College. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

GARY EVANS, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Gary Evans joined Microbac in 2014 as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation, and is responsible for the company's supply chain. He is leading Microbac through a transformation in supply chain and purchasing best practices resulting in increased profitability. Evans was a 30-plus year employee and executive at The PNC Financial Services Group where he led many functions, including business transformation and supply chain management. He brings extensive experience in expense management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Mr. Evans is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Economics/Information Technology.

ELIZABETH JONES, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Elizabeth Jones joined Microbac in 2017 as Senior Vice President of People and Culture. Her responsibilities include professional development, organizational design and shaping a "One Microbac" culture to support service excellence. Jones brings progressive experience in all aspects of human resources from multiple industries including manufacturing and oil and gas. She earned a BS in Organizational Leadership cum laude from Robert Morris University and holds a Certificate in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
